Refund policy

At AURACOOL, we stand behind the quality of our Mini Cooler. To keep our prices competitive and our process efficient, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want your AURACOOL to work perfectly from day one. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the product is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective or fails to power on

  • The wrong item entirely

Please contact us immediately at auracool.support@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you simply no longer want the item.

  • Used Items: Items that have been used, filled with water, or show signs of wear.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: All sales on promotional items are final.

How to Claim a Replacement/Refund

  1. Email Us: Contact auracool.support@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide Proof: Include your Order ID and clear photos or a short video showing the damage or defect.

  3. Approval: Once verified, we will provide instructions on the next steps (either a return of the faulty unit or a direct replacement).


Refunds

If a refund is approved (in cases where a replacement is unavailable):

  • Original Payment: Refunds are processed to your original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking) within 7-10 business days.

  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery, we will request your bank details or UPI ID for a manual transfer.

  • Late Refunds: If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your funds, please contact us at auracool.support@gmail.com.
