1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your Tracking ID.

2. Shipping Estimates (India)

We provide Free Express Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. While we strive to meet these timelines, occasional delays may occur due to high demand or courier partner issues.

3. Order Tracking

Once your AURACOOL Mini Cooler is on its way, we will send you a tracking link via email or SMS. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD for your convenience. However, please ensure you are available to receive the package at the time of delivery to avoid the order being returned to our warehouse.

5. Shipping Damages

If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. We only accept returns for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Contact us at auracool.support@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

6. Incorrect Address

AURACOOL is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries if the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect or incomplete. Please double-check your details before placing an order.
